Robert C. Bray is the founder and managing Partner of The Bray Group, an executive search firm that consults to non-profit organizations and financial services companies. He has over 17 years in the executive search practice. Prior to that, Bob spent 18 years in secondary education as a teacher and administrator.

Bob is a graduate of Harvard College, the Boston University School of Education and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Presently, he is a Director of the Harvard Band Foundation.

Kevin Carleton Kevin Carleton, Vice-chair
Kevin Carleton is special assistant to the president of Boston University . He also is a lecturer in the University's School of Education and editor of the Journal of Education, the oldest continuously published education periodical in America, which has been based at Boston University since 1952. He has served as an advisor to the director of the Educational Bridge Project since 2002. He serves on the Boston University Management Team that oversees the public school system of Chelsea, Massachusetts, and is an elected official in the town of Scituate, Massachusetts. He formerly served as assistant vice president for public relations at the University, and has also served on the faculties of its College of Communication and Metropolitan College.

Ludmilla Leibman, Executive Director
Ludmilla Leibman was born and raised in Russia. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in music theory and piano performance from St. Petersburg (former Leningrad) Rimsky Korsakov Music College and Master of Music in music theory at the St. Petersburg Conservatory (magna cum laude). After completing graduate studies at the St. Petersburg Conservatory, she taught at the Conservatory's music theory department and at the Liahovitskaya Children's Music School and served as co-Director of the Children's Music Club at the St. Petersburg Composers' Association. After immigrating to America in 1991, Leibman received her Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Boston University (dissertation topic "Teaching the Holocaust Through Music") and from 1998 to 2006 taught music theory on the faculty of the Boston University School of Music. In 1997 Dr. Leibman established "The Educational Bridge Project" (EBP) which facilitates educational and artistic exchanges between United States of America and Russia; in 2006 the EBP was granted the status of an independent not for profit organization.

Barbara Tornow is a higher education consultant having recently retired from Boston University where she served as director of financial assistance for 16 years followed by 5 years as senior advisor to the vice president for Enrollment. Prior to Boston University she served as director of financial aid at Brandeis and Clark Universities. She has been a member for 22 years of the board of directors of TERI which promotes access to education as a non-profit guarantor of alternative educational loans and as a provider of college access services to low income and underserved individuals. She also served as a trustee of Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1994 to 2006 and as chair of the Enrollment Committee from 1997 to 2005. She has served on numerous other boards and advisory committees during her 35 year career in financial aid including those of the College Board, the National Association of Student Financial aid Administrators, U.S Department of Education and the Massachusetts Student Financial Aid Task Force. Ms. Tornow has had a life-long love of Russian music and culture and travels frequently to Russia and Ukraine.
